इन 2 दिनों के वर्कशॉप के बाद समझ में आया कि शरीर बाहर से कितना सुंदर दिखे लेकिन जब हम शरीर के भीतर उतरते हैं तब समझ आता है की बहार के दर्द का कितना सारा कारण शरीर के अंदर है। कुछ आंसू लेकिन बहुत सारे belief बाहर निकल कर आए और रिलीज भी हुए। Motherhood के बारे में बहुत कुछ गहरे में समझ आया।
